    FAST_START_MTTR_TARGET, FAST_START_IO_TARGET and LOG_CHECKPOINT_TIMEOUT

    Hi
I want to know what are the use of these parameters FAST_START_MTTR_TARGET, FAST_START_IO_TARGET and LOG_CHECKPOINT_TIMEOUT at what condition we use these parameters. One thing more is that why FAST_START_IO_TARGET and LOG_CHECKPOINT_TIMEOUT must not be used when we are using the FAST_START_MTTR_TARGET parameter.
