Error with database 10g with RAC

I had been trying to practice to clone a single node installation to multinode with RAC with Physical Dataguard. The step I followed is given below:

    1. First configured the linux for ORACLE RAC.
    2. Configured OCFS2 for shared storage.
    3. Configured ORACLEASM on linux node.
    4. Installed ORACLE cluster on single node linux 5.
    5. Installed, configured and registered ASM on Oracle clusterware.
    6. Prepared the Apps Source to preclone step on DBTIER and APPSTIER (perl adpreclone.pl).
    7. copied the db tier on RAC Box.
    8. Run the command perl adcfgclone dbTechStack.
    9. configured the parameters on Apps primary Database.
    10. Added the Redo for Thread 2.
    11. Added SRL file on Apps Primary Database.
    12. Backed Up the Primary database.
    13. backup the controlfile for standby.
14 connected the primary and auxiliary database.
    15. created the dataguard.
    16. Checked the physical standby and switched to primary role.
    17. open the newly created the database and again ran the command autoconfig on dBTIER. Every thing worked fine and my database is up and running .
    18. At this moment I had not registered the database and its listener to oracle clusterware.

Now I am getting two error on DBTier:

    1. When database start I am finding in alert log file the below given error:

    2. When the database is shutdown I am not able to connect to database with the service name and also listener doesnt show any services. But when the database is up I see all the services registered in the listener. I am also giving the listener and tnsnames entry.

Before Step 17 I missed to mention that I execute a PL/SQL as apps user.

    exec FND_NET_SERVICES.remove_system('PROD')

I have not gone into the exact details of what you have done , as you have done a number of things.
This is based on the error message and the circumstances that you have stated.

    1) Your First Error :
    ==============
ORA-00313: open failed for members of log group 17 of thread 2
    ORA-00312: online log 17 thread 2: '+DATA/prod1/onlinelog/srllog14b.dbf'
    ORA-17503: ksfdopn:2 Failed to open file +DATA/prod1/onlinelog/srllog14b.dbf
ORA-15173: entry 'srllog14b.dbf' does not exist in directory 'onlinelog'
    ORA-00312: online log 17 thread 2: '+DATA/prod1/onlinelog/srllog14a.dbf'
    ORA-17503: ksfdopn:2 Failed to open file +DATA/prod1/onlinelog/srllog14a.dbf
ORA-15173: entry 'srllog14a.dbf' does not exist in directory 'onlinelog'
    Fri Mar 2 18:00:21 2012

This specifies that the redo logs specified do not exist.
So make sure that the DATA diskgrop is mounted.
Rename the redo log file or create an alias for the redo log , to take care of this error.

    2. When the database is shutdown I am not able to connect to database with the service name and also listener doesnt show any services. But when the database is up I see all the services registered in the listener. I am also giving the listener and tnsnames entry.

This means that your listener is using dynamic service registration , wherin the pmon registers the service with the listener.
