    Clean RAC Installation(clear DB,ASM and CRS) on 10GR2

    On All Nodes :
    ===================================
    Make sure all Services including cluster daemons are Down

    rm /etc/oracle/*

    Remove files responsible for Automatic Restart of Clusterware Services :

    rm -f /etc/init.d/init.cssd
    rm -f /etc/init.d/init.crs
    rm -f /etc/init.d/init.crsd
    rm -f /etc/init.d/init.evmd
    rm -f /etc/rc2.d/K96init.crs
    rm -f /etc/rc2.d/S96init.crs
    rm -f /etc/rc3.d/K96init.crs
    rm -f /etc/rc3.d/S96init.crs
    rm -f /etc/rc5.d/K96init.crs
    rm -f /etc/rc5.d/S96init.crs

    rm -Rf /etc/oracle/scls_scr
    rm -Rf /etc/inittab.crs
    cp /etc/inittab.orig /etc/inittab
    rm -Rf /var/tmp/.oracle
    rm -Rf /tmp/.oracle
    rm /etc/oracle/ocr.loc


    Clear the ORACLE_HOME and ORA_CRS_HOMES
    rm -rf /u01/app/oracle/product/10.2.0/db_1/*
    rm -rf /u01/app/oracle/product/10.2.0/crs_1/*

    Clear the Inventory (assuming we are not using a shared inventory) and oratab entry

    Remove Users and groups (if we want to)
    [root@rac1 app]# userdel oracle
    [root@rac1 app]# groupdel oinstall
    [root@rac1 app]# groupdel dba

    Clear the entries for publiv , private and vip in the /etc/hosts


    On any one Node :
    ===================================

    Clean Clusterware components (assumes Voting Disk and OCR are in /ocfs/clusterware)
    rm /ocfs/clusterware/*

    Remove OCFS2 Cluster Node Configuration
    rm /etc/ocfs2/cluster.conf

    Delete the ASM Volumes

    [root@rac1 app]# /etc/init.d/oracleasm deletedisk VOL1
    Removing ASM disk "VOL1": [ OK ]
    [root@rac1 app]# /etc/init.d/oracleasm deletedisk VOL2
    Removing ASM disk "VOL2": [ OK ]
    [root@rac1 app]# /etc/init.d/oracleasm deletedisk VOL3
    Removing ASM disk "VOL3": [ OK ]
    [root@rac1 app]#


    Clear the Shared Disks ( only - if we want to )

    [root@rac1 app]# fdisk /dev/sdb

    Command (m for help): p

    Disk /dev/sdb: 1073 MB, 1073741824 bytes
    255 heads, 63 sectors/track, 130 cylinders
    Units = cylinders of 16065 * 512 = 8225280 bytes

    Device Boot Start End Blocks Id System
    /dev/sdb1 1 130 1044193+ 83 Linux

    Command (m for help): m
    Command action
    a toggle a bootable flag
    b edit bsd disklabel
    c toggle the dos compatibility flag
    d delete a partition
    l list known partition types
    m print this menu
    n add a new partition
    o create a new empty DOS partition table
    p print the partition table
    q quit without saving changes
    s create a new empty Sun disklabel
    t change a partition's system id
    u change display/entry units
    v verify the partition table
    w write table to disk and exit
    x extra functionality (experts only)

    Command (m for help): d
    Selected partition 1

    Command (m for help): p

    Disk /dev/sdb: 1073 MB, 1073741824 bytes
    255 heads, 63 sectors/track, 130 cylinders
    Units = cylinders of 16065 * 512 = 8225280 bytes

    Device Boot Start End Blocks Id System

    Command (m for help): w
    The partition table has been altered!

    Calling ioctl() to re-read partition table.
    Syncing disks.

    [root@rac1 app]# fdisk /dev/sdc
    ...same steps as above

    [root@rac1 app]# fdisk /dev/sdd
    ...same steps as above

    [root@rac1 app]# fdisk /dev/sde
    ...same steps as above
