    As the oracle user issue the following commands:

    cd $ORACLE_HOME/bin

    mv oracle oracle.bin

    cat >oracle <<"EOF"
    #!/bin/bash

    export DISABLE_HUGETLBFS=1
    exec $ORACLE_HOME/bin/oracle.bin $@
    EOF

    chmod +x oracle

    This should prevent the "ORA-27125: unable to create shared memory segment" being produced by the DBCA

    ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

    OR you can try other option

    # To allow dba to allocate hugetlbfs pages
    # Check your DBA group id, issuing command: grep dba /etc/group will give this value 501 in my case

    Add a line to /etc/sysctl.conf file:

    vm.hugetlb_shm_group = 501

    hope this will work for u

    only export DISABLE_HUGETLBFS=1 will solve the problem of "ORA-27125: unable to create shared memory segment"
