'ksh' is most probably not there on your Installation.

run 'rpm -qa | grep ksh' to find whether ksh is installed

if there is no output, that means you haven't installed it.

get ksh rpm from redhat ftp site, and run ' rpm -ivh ksh-<version>.rpm' to install it.

You can use this link to get the rpm for the Linux version as per your Installation : http://rpm.pbone.net/index.php3

    export KSH_VERSION=@(#)PD KSH v5.2.14 99/07/13.2

Find the location for the ksh executable :

    cd /
    find . -name ksh

add the location to your PATH.

Also please refer to : 11.5.10-on-64bit-OEL5-RHEL5 for the same problem during installation
